All websites should be reviewed for useability, design and maintenance on a regular basis. The theme that was originally used when we designed the City of Purvis website was no longer being supported by the developer, so it was time to do a quick revamp of the website with a new and forward moving theme developer.
An out-of-date theme can be a problem when protecting your site against malware and other issues, so it was a priority to update the website. We choose a new theme that looked similar to the last, so that residents of the town were assured of the city’s ability to maintain everything including their website plus were not confused by how the website looked.
